Catholic Housing Management currently operates (17) subsidized communities for active, independent seniors with limited financial resources in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Our low-income senior housing complexes and grounds are meticulously maintained to keep you or your loved ones safe and healthy.
Our Low Income Housing for Seniors Provides Convenience & Luxury While Keeping Costs Down
Seniors can enjoy numerous activities and conveniences including group outings, educational programs, common rooms for club gatherings, libraries, exercise classes, and visiting vendors. Some of our communities have computer centers where residents have access to the Internet.
All apartment communities are within walking distance to a Catholic church and other places of worship and conveniently located close to shopping.
Following the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, the main criteria for eligibility include:
- 62 years of age or older (some properties accept mobility-impaired individuals below 62 years of age.)

Rents for these properties are 30% of persons adjusted gross income; Some of the properties have market units available
All facilities have long waiting lists and some waiting lists are closed. If you wish to have your name included on any of the lists, please call the Management at the facilities of your choice.
